I am a London-based banker. I am also a photographer..?

Working every day with Excel and Powerpoint ​can become monotonous. I needed more art in my life and also an excuse to force myself to explore the beautiful and vibrant city I live in. Therefore I went out and bought a Sony A6000.

I am not a professional photographer nor an expert on photography in general. I want to learn the craft and concotcted this blog because: (i) it could be fun to share my journey as a new photographer with a wider audience and (ii) I will need feedback.

One last thing! The name. You know how Ulysses' journey home from Troy was full of adventures, obstacles and people? I would like to make photography my journey. What is home? Maybe being able to take great photos! Or maybe..
