Long Exposure Without Tripod

What happens when you go out walking with a friend, you happen to come across the Google London HQ and you notice that the square has a beautiful view leading to a modern colorful structure and an old building? My answer was "Let's try a long exposure shot!"

I took the photo without a tripod by laying the camera at the edge of a fountain, with the lens cap under the lens for a better angle.
